Once or twice a year, I offer somatic movement workshop for Adoptees living in Korea, Psychotherapists, and Somatic Movement Practitioners. The workshop integrates field of studies in dance, movement, and psychotherapy by articulating difference between movement and dance and how simple movement is directly connected to psychological state.
