Exploring multiple identities through movement

Within multiple self-identities, some are less visible and at times dysfunctional. How can we bring them to be more visible and functional?

I am offering a movement based class to explore multiple identities in oneself through movement exploration. My approach is based on the system of Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis (LBMA) which can support one to expand their range of perception by exploring various aspects of movement. Main goal of this class is to identify more and less visible self-identities with associated movement qualities so that the less visible self-identity can adopt movement qualities from more visible self-identity.

The class is held once a week at 7pm for 75min at a private location in Berkeley Hills on Wednesdays. It costs $50 per session. There are two benefits if you register whole classes. One is you get a $50 discount, and another is that you receive a free 50min long hand-on session after the series of the class ends. If either finance or date is the major issue to register the class, please email me to discuss.
